Therapist

“Helping you reconnect with your strengths, regain your footing, and move toward a life that feels more grounded, capable, and whole.”

Many patients come to me feeling unheard, rushed, or reduced to a checklist of symptoms. My approach is intentionally different.

I take time to understand your story—your background, your values, your strengths, and the challenges that brought you here. Healing begins with feeling genuinely seen, and effective care honors the whole person rather than forcing you into narrow diagnostic labels.

I’m here to help you make sense of what you’re carrying—and support you in creating meaningful, lasting change.

Many people seek therapy at moments when life feels overwhelming, isolating, or out of balance. You may be navigating depression or anxiety, adjusting to major life transitions, struggling with substance use, or trying to rebuild after an experience that’s left you feeling stuck. Whatever brings you here, you deserve a space where you’re met with compassion, honesty, and respect.

My approach is intentionally collaborative. I take time to understand your story—your values, your patterns, your resilience, and the challenges that have shaped you. Healing begins with feeling safe and genuinely understood. From there, we work together to build skills, strengthen insight, and create momentum toward the life you want.

I integrate evidence-based therapies—including CBT, DBT, and motivational interviewing—to help you develop clarity, emotional steadiness, and healthier ways of coping. My clinical style is warm, direct, and grounded in mutual trust. Over the past 20 years, I’ve supported individuals across a wide range of backgrounds and identities, and I’m committed to providing care that is both client-centered and deeply respectful of your lived experience.

Together, we’ll focus on your strengths, your goals, and the changes that matter most to you—at a pace that feels safe, supportive, and sustainable.
